There is a considerable delay faced by end user in finding the final office, library, Outlet stores, F&B. For instance in Mall consumers find it difficult to locate their preferred cloth outlets, footwear, F&B and various other outlets, hence they have to walk a lot.

Personalization:

Most consumers today need personalized experience and expectations across various airports, malls, concerts, universities. Contrary everything is general and not aligned with User Personalization concept.

Ease and Simplicity

Every consumer wants expected output with a single click of button to provide them desired output in seconds. Again most of the signboards support local language and hence for foreign consumers there is no language translation.

Lack of awareness

Most of the consumers are across varied age groups and may not have required skills to navigate their destination using mobile apps or sign boards. Communication becomes another hurdle for them.

Real-Time Assistance

Consumers don’t get real time assistance on mapping exactly with what they need, and that leads to their growing frustration, delay and lack of support.
